Just sharing this new word that i encountered while listening into a webinar.
School of Hard Knocks - The School of Hard Knocks or University of Hard Knocks is an idiomatic phrase meaning the (sometimes painful) education one gets from life's usually negative experiences, often contrasted with formal education.
It is not knowledge that separates the good from the great, the average and the one who never make it. It is the mindset.
And the motivation that keeps you going.

Honestly, when i'm surrounded by native speakers during the practice session i felt overwhelmed and somewhat intimated. But, on the other hand, I also felt fantastic because little by little i know i'm overcoming my fear of speaking.
I'm looking at the bright side. I'm feeling i'm one of the native (not because i speak like them. In fact, through out the session i rarely speak). I just feel and believe :P
